How can I check comparables that are clustered?

When a single comparable is visible, it will come up with a specific value within a white box. If you can see a number rather than a value this means there’s a cluster of comparables within that area. To view these you can either:

• Zoom in to the map to break the comparables out into separate sites

• Click on the white box containing the number and use the pop up modal to navigate through the comparables
