Issues can be reported in three different ways. Start by clicking on the speech bubble icon in the bottom left hand corner of the platform. When the modal opens you can either:
- Ask a question: use this option if you are unsure about something and an email will be sent to support team.
- Report an issue: use this option if something isn’t working, there’s data missing or the platform isn’t loading correctly. It is useful to include any additional information you can for example, a video recording or screenshot, alongside steps to reproduce the issue.
- Share feedback on feature improvement: REalyse values user feedback highly and so we welcome you to use this option to share any insights you have on potential feature improvements or general feedback.
All information will be shared with our support team who will follow up as quickly as possible. If you have a dedicated CS manager, please also share any issues to them.
